Man your pimple gone away after 9 days..even if you did not follow this steps i think tha pimple would disapear by itself.

u don’t have to buy the book!there is nothing special!!what u have to do is to eat apples(10) in 3 days followed by 2 tablespoons of olive oil,grape juice on the last day!and drink a lot of water!plus-enema!

yall should just get proactive instead of doing this proactive is amazing i tgot rid of most of my acne in just uh like a day or 2 the process isnt long just do it morning and night should be gone by then

kind of. after you finish though you can’t eat any sugar. well you can, but it’s advised that you don’t. that means no sugary treats, candy, and soda. you should also limit the about of bread you eat. wheat bread or any bread with minimal amounts of sugar is best. not white bread though. otherwise you can eat anything else. it kind of worked for me. i was seeing drastic improvements, it came back though after a while.
