Great question! I ate like crap on purpose. I did not change a thing. I even gained weight (not part of the plan) lol I did not drink water every day and these were my results. As of current I will have two pimples pop up from time to time but I know if I start drinking water and eating better that will change.

i found that one thing really helped my skin and thats drinking green tea every morning. after a week my skin had totally cleared up. that and using the acne free 3 step system really helped. but green tea and drinking lots of water will really help your skin a whole lot. and for acne marks use egg whites and beat them with lemon juice then apply to your face for 15 minutes, then wash off. Its like magic your skin will look very clear.

Thank you so much for this product review. I’ve been down that road of using Rx pills and creams for my acne. I’m not going to say it’s severe, but it’s noticable. As i got older, I’m 25 now, my acne got progressively more noticeable. Mostly around my chin and T-zone area. It’s hard to stick to a product that doesn’t give you the results. I’m going to try Acne Free. Oh I’m a subcriber of Ericaleigh777, she’s great! Thanks again for the review.

I used proactive, and after month 3 the great results wore off and i became allergic to benzoyl peroxide. i hope this continues to work for u!

I honestly believe that this product did just what you said, but at the same time the next female’s genetics or metabolism may have the opposite reaction. This company needs to cut you a nice check for a wonderful endorsement..lol
