AcneFree isn’t working for me!!! I do sports and eat right but still i cant find a reason why i would still have acne! Its all under the skin, so i can wear cover up and look like i have perfect skin, but then again, makeup is also very expensive!! I would love not to wear makeup and feel natural!!! What do you suggest?

hey i’m 14 and im doing the 3 day progress. Currently im on the 3rd day and my acne is a little bit better , but not as much as i thought it was going to be and yes, i followed all the steps

makes sense I suppose, It’s a little risky. Thanks for backing up your statement with legitimate facts, and going into more detail with them. Acne is weird, different stuff works for different people(the trick for me was vinegar LOL).

Actually, tea tree is antiseptic, so it would clean the pores, also popping acne is fine as long as you use a tissue and don’t push too hard, if it doesn’t seem to come out with a few easy pushes, then it’s not going to come out at all (unless you push really hard, in which case you will scar) the only reason you would scar is if you push too hard, don’t use something to soften, don’t wash your skin afterwards, or if you have a very deep spot.

The bacteria will spread, get in your pores, and then the tea tree oil will cover over it….Bacteria spreads within nano seconds. Even if you wash your face, the bacteria is already in the surrounding pores, and the tea tree oil is not an anti biotic…IT DOES NOT KILL BACTERIA, it heals your skin. So you would heal the acne you just opened up, but would do nothing to prevent the new ones. Oh and also popping all your acne will leave deep crater scars that stay for the rest of your life.

How so? Do you know of the acid mantel? Bet you didn’t. The skin is constantly maintaining the acid mantle, this is why it releases sebum; sebum mixes with sweat to create spots, in short. Tea tree oil will neutralise and disinfect any spots that you pop, and if your face is clean, moisturising it will make sure that the acid mantle is maintained and not too dry.

Get tissue and squeeze them out fully, then dab them with tea tree oil. Make sure your face is fully cleaned and exfoliated, then add a small amount of active moisturiser to it. Don’t use any commercial products such as clearasil.. trust me on that.

You didn’t have an “aha!” moment. He talked about Candida alot in his book. He explained all this.
I am an adult guy (21), and I tried it, and after the detox it worked perfectly for me.
How do you know your acne isn’t caused by Candida? Why are you so sure? Just try the technique and find out! Its impossible to film a review on something if you haven’t tried the methods found in it.
There are too many assumptions in your review.
